The day

A day to arrive, move and linger.

Flow & Feast begins with cacao and moves through dance, poolside stillness, a shared Kentish feast and a closing sound bath. A small gathering in a quiet corner of Kent, with music that stays with you after the day ends.

What the day holds

01

The cacao ceremony

We begin at 11am with a cacao ceremony, giving everyone time to arrive, settle and be present.

02

Mindful dance with Mose Musica

Soulful, elemental sound from Mose, held for a circle rather than a crowd. Gentle warm ups open into expressive movement.

03

Murray Kyle, live

Voice and instrument woven through the afternoon by the Byron Bay songwriter and musician.

04

Sound healing

A quieter sound-led session to settle the body and steady the mind.

05

The Kentish feast

A long table, shared plates and local produce to bring the day together.

06

The closing sound bath

A restorative close to the day. Premium guests are also invited to a floating sound bath on the pool.

The setting

Red House Venue sits in the Kent countryside, with a heated pool, open gardens and a canopy tent that glows as the sun drops.

Travel and setting

A world away from the city, yet barely an hour from London. The high-speed train from St Pancras reaches Ashford International in around 30 minutes, with taxis waiting at the station.
